| Details: | Conducted meeting for Eddyville Charter School on 7/27/2021 for recent CHEM9403 alert for MCL copper in water sample dated July 7, 2021. Resampling of room 70 will take place within 1 week. School is currently closed and water has not been flowing through pipes causing possible elevation of copper and lead in system. Line will be flushed this week then a first draw sample will be conducted Monday August 2, 2021. Follow up will occur when results are in for water quality before school starts and kids are present on August 30, 2021. Environmental Health was made aware of results on July 15, 2021. Plans were put into place for follow up. | ||
