| Details: | The water system has a contract with Umpqua Table Rock lab to pull the required water samples. A coliform sample was collected on 7/26/21 and it tested positive for total coliform bacteria. Three repeat samples and a triggered source sample were collected on 7/28/21. The results of the follow up samples were 2 of the repeats were positive and the source was absent for bacteria. A Level 1 investigation was triggered. System to complete and return the investigation form by 9/9/21. No additional sampling is needed and system to resume regular monitoring in August. |
