| Details: | I have been emailing back and forth with Jeff about the recent lead alert. Sent email to Chuck to see if sample could be invalidated as it was taken from an outdoor faucet that is not on the sampling plan. Sample could not be invalidated per email from Chuck. Sent Jeff a follow up email explaining what needs to be done in response to the alert-- WQP testing, entry point sampling, consumer notice & PE, letter of recommendation. Also informed Jeff that they could attempt to do two rounds of the 6-mo sampling to postpone treatment. | ||
