Details: Background/Problem Identification:

Daniel Benson of the Collins Retreat Center reached out to the circuit rider for assistance with several issues. The foremost issue was the need to update the water system’s operations and maintenance manual.

Assistance Provided:

The circuit rider scanned the existing operations and maintenance manual into Adobe Acrobat. The O&M manual was updated, and an editable copy was provided back to CRC for their use.

Follow-Up Actions Needed:

The circuit rider can further assist as needed.
