| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: System in need of a plan check package to retroactively “plan check” installed well. RCF also expressed interest in a wavier of plan check fees. The circuit rider researched the system and the plan check requirements. Contact was made with OHA to determine necessary elements for submission to retroactively “plan check” the new well at RCF. The circuit rider also conferred with OHA with the possibility of a plan check fee waiver. OHA confirmed there is no such exemption for churches. The circuit rider submitted the required documents to OHA and closed out the original support effort. A new support effort was opened to assist further. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider contacted OHA to provide further assistance with the plan check process.
