| Details: | I discussed this sample with Mr. Powless on 7/27/21. This is mislabeled as a repeat and should be the July 2021 routine sample. We are currently working through a level 1 investigation identifying several possible factors for the continuing positive total coliform samples. I will be reaching out again to him to discuss the recent routine sample, and will surely be performing an extensive level 2 investigation in the near future. In regards to the alert COLI21807, I had difficulty contacting Mr. Powless for many days until 7/27/21. The discussion from the date above also included repeat results, level 1 investigation, possible contamination factors. I noted this contact report in relation to both alerts. |
