| Details: | The operator contacted this office to let me know that two of the repeat samples were coliform positive. I let him know that treatment will be required by the RTCR as this is the 3rd confirmed detect within 18 months. I will consult with OHA and follow up with him. He felt that since the source samples are clean, it could be an issue with the reservoir. He will hire a company to inspect the res. | ||
