Details:	Visited system and discussed completing corrective actions of significant deficiencies cited in the sanitary survey of 11/6/2020. I informed Mr. Ott that the system has until August 31, 2021 to correct all chlorination related and well vent significant deficiencies. The system must provide proof of corrective action with photos. I further informed Mr. Ott that if the significant deficiencies are not not corrected by August 31, 2021, then Drinking Water Services will issue a warning letter and begin the process of enforcement. Mr. Ott stated the chlorination equipment is not functional and he will remove all chlorination equipment from the system and screen the well vent before the end of August 2021.
