| Details: | Customer called and complained about turbidity and taste/order issues At his apartment complex. Customer said the city has tested the turbidity from sink faucet and said it was 1NTU. Customer said he took his own turbidity test from the same location and those result was 5NTU. I notified the customer that it is the apartment owner’s responsibility to replace pipes in the apartment building. I suggested that the customer have the city test his piping for turbidity and iron and potentially lead and copper and to document all results to send to the apartment building owner. | ||
