| Details: | Today phone contact was attempted with the operator but a detailed voicemail left and email was sent. It was explained that the facility's last routine sample came back coliform positive. The system is now responsible for submitting a triggered well sample as well as 3 repeats from the distribution within 24 hours. It was also discussed that the system is on monthly coliform monitoring and that it is recommended that the routine for August be taken after the results come back for the alert samples. | ||
