| Details: | I followed up on letter Matt submitted via email on June 30th regarding the City’s corrosion control treatment. The City plans to relocate the phosphate chemical injection site to assure consistent and proportional dosage or apply an alternate phosphate inhibitor with the intent to stabilize phosphate levels at the entry point and in the distribution system. The proposed due date of June 30, 2022 to implement these changes was accepted. Once changes are implemented, two lead and copper demonstration rounds will follow to set the minimum phosphate levels. A compliance schedule to meet the due date is viewable online. The City was informed if the plan must be altered or additional discussion is needed to contact me. |
