| Details: | Mr. Sewing who is acting as operator of this system contacted me on 8/3/21 and 8/4/21 regarding the initial total coliform positive and the repeat positive samples. We discussed groundwater as the likely origin of the positive sample, as well as why the installed UV unit still allowed positive total coliform samples throughout the system, asking him to verify the function of the unit. I also outlined 3 temporary routine sample requirement for the end of August 2021. We also developed a shock chlorination plan for the entire system, and discussed the level 1 requirements. |
