| Details: | Silverton has submitted their Corrective Action Plan to correct a deficiency from the 2019 sanitary survey - No means to adequately determine disinfection contact time under peak flow and minimum storage conditions. They are currently working with OAWU to complete a tracer study to determine disinfection contact time. The system has had a few changes to their staffing and has a new DRC that is addressing the issues. 12/17/2021 Update: DWS contacted Silverton's operators about conducting the tracer study to determine disinfection contact time. Due to staffing issues, Silverton is working OAWU to submit a tracer study plan to DWS for approval. |
