Details: Sent an email to owner regarding the routine sample that was present for coliform. I instruct him to submit 3 distribution samples and one source sample, ASAP. I remind him that the collection point for the source sample is up at the storage tank at the common header. I also recommend that he have a staff member inspect the UV treatment for operational issues.
