| Details: | I spoke with Kathy Unger regarding the timeframe for completing construction of a new well, which will correct the deficiencies related to the irrigation well currently used for drinking water at the store. Ms. Unger stated that a bid is expected by mid-August, after which the plan will be submitted to DWS for approval. After approval, the driller expects to complete the project in four to six weeks. This will have the new well put into service after the store is closed for the season. This seems a reasonable plan to correct the deficiencies related to the current well's construction and I will therefore extend the deadline for correcting these deficiencies until December 31, 2021. The project should be complete before the business is opened for the 2022 operating season. |
