| Details: | Spoke with Dan regarding the deficiencies found during the 2020 survey. A test run of the proposed buried heat exchange piping that would have allowed bypassing the open-to-atmosphere cooling reservoirs was found to not cool the water enough. Installation of a cooling/refrigeration system using freon is now planned. Dan to provide a corrective action plan for the deficiencies. | ||
