| Details: | I called and left a message for Kathy. Their routine coliform sample came back positive for total coliform. There was some phone tag but Kathy knew what follow up samples to collect. *update 8/11/21 - Kathy had collected the 3 repeat samples and triggered source sample on 7/20. The deadline was 7/18. All samples were absent for bacteria. A level 1 investigation was issued due to the late sampling.* |
