| Details: | I spoke to the operator Tim regarding the due date of 8/23/21 for the Level 1 investigation that was triggered by repeat positive coliform samples. Tim reported that he believes it was due to a pipe repair. Tim stated the mill is short staffed and he is generally unavailable for calls and e-mail. We discussed the system being required to continue monthly sampling. Tim stated he would fax the Level 1 investigation to the Portland office. |
