| Details: | Rick called to ensure that his approach to activating the emergency well (Well #1) is thorough and correct. Rick plans on shocking the emergency well first, flushing and then sampling. He's nervous because disinfection occurs in Well#2 and he's afraid that there wont be any chlorine at the end of distribution. Rick acknowledged that the only way of knowing the chlorine residual at the end of distribution is through sampling. When Rick gets the samples back and they are absent of coliforms, nitrate and arsenic, he will reach back out to us about activating the well. He's also aware that he needs to submit sample results to DMCE as well as an inventory change form if they expect this to be a long term solution to there low pressure issue. | ||
