| Details: | Spoke with Leah after receiving and email from Abbie Spielman for a level 2 investigation that was triggered for non-report of repeat and trigger samples. She told me that they did indeed get the samples in, just haven't received the results yet. She is reaching out to the lab today and will notify of results, which if absent will remove the level 2 investigation. *Leah called back and left a message that the repeat samples did indeed come back absent for coliforms, however they did forget to collect a trigger sample which will be a violation that will RTC once the annual source assessment is submitted. |
