| Details: | Received alert for a nitrate result of 15.5 mg/L from a sample collected on 8/24/21. DWS staff reached out to Mark letting him know a confirmation sample will need to be collected as soon as possible and a Tier 1 Public Notice needs to be provided to water users. Quarterly nitrate monitoring will remain in place. The water system collected a confirmation nitrate sample on 8/25/21. It tested at 16ppm. Water system has the Do Not Drink notice posted and is making contact with the water treatment vendor. |
