| Details: | The water system collected its monthly coliform sample on 8/18/21. It tested positive for total coliform bacteria. The system has stated that park usage is way down and the flow from the water source has also been reduced. The free chlorine residual has been 0.04-0.05. The system is lined up to take the 3 repeat samples and triggered source sample. I suggested that the chlorinator be increased some - try to get at least to a 0.1. Further action may be needed after the follow up results are in. Otherwise, system is still to take 1 sample (regular/routine) sample in September. |
