| Details: | Two of 4 repeat/triggered samples TC+ following routine positive. Downstream and triggered source sample TC+. Received call from Andrew and discussed investigating cause and chlorination. Andrew has a level one investigation form and will complete and return. I emailed example chlorine solution recipes for the well and the reservoir if needed. Find/fix and complete level one investigation. Will need 3 temporary routine samples in September. | ||
