| Details: | Today, phone contact was made with the system operator. Per phone conversation with the operator, they stated they have contacted Klamath Pump Service to correct the violation noted under OAR 333-061-0050(2). Due to the pandemic and current drought conditions in Klamath Falls area, the Klamath Pump Service has not been able to schedule the requested work. The firm indicated that per conversation with the Klamath Pump Service, the work will likely be scheduled the end of September. Per letter received from OHA dated September 20, 2021, the application for Waiver from Construction requirements was denied. A call was made to the system operator on 9/30/21 and 10/6/21; the firm has requested an extension until October 15, 2021, as they are obtaining quotes to resolve the system deficiencies. 10/21/21 Emailed system owner/operator Water System Survey Significant Setback Deficiency letter. |
