| Details: | One of 3 repeat samples tc+ following routine positive. Downstream sample was only positive and triggered source samples absent. Both positive samples from same cul de sac. Called Rick and discussed flushing cul de sac line and possible low does chlorination. E mailed Rick level one investigation form to complete and return. Will take a special follow up sample(s) as well as normal routine sample early September. | ||
