| Details: | Phone contact with Operator, discussed water test and treatment. Treatment noted to be functioning properly and maintaining pH. Facility will increase L/C monitoring and take (2) 6 month samples for L/C and WQP, Provide L/C public information, and increase monitoring of pH daily to ensure proper CC treatment. Will follow up with facility. Letter from state to be sent out September 2021. |
