Assistance Type: OTHER REGULATORY - ferric chloride shortage
Reasons: Operations

Details: Yvonne called to discuss supply chain issues for ferric chloride, which is the coagulant used in the "old plant". There is a nation wide shortage at this time. If unable to obtain sufficient ferric chloride, the plant may need to revert to using ACH. Also discussed the recurring high TTHM results at SRCI and possible ways to resolve them.
