| Details: | This non-epa system had TC+ routine 8/26/21. Called system and discussed repeat and triggered sampling. 3 rp and 1 tg needed. Discussed taking at least one triggered from source and one from same location in distribution. Jeannie said she has been taking routine samples, but not showing up on SDWIS since 2018. Called Umpqua lab and discussed. Results will dictate further action. | ||
