| Details: | I spoke to Tom about the mssing repeat sample form the 8/11/21 coliform aler. We discussed the Level 1 investigation requirement and teh letter coming from OHA. I provided Tom the Level 1 investigation template. We discussed that it needed to be returned in 30 days. We have also been e-miling about coliform sampling plans and testing sites in the system. |
