| Details: | Received notice that their repeat samples collected on 8/13/18 were not received by the state. Hence, they would receive a letter saying a Level 1 Investigation would be required under the revised coliform rules. Mark said those samples were collected on time and coliform was absent. He has those lab results in hand. I gave him the DMCE email address and fax number to submit them. As I understand it, once the state receives those results, the requirement for the Level 1 Investigation may be closed out. | ||
