| Details: | Reminder of the coliform sampling plan deficiency from the survey in May. Due date September 9. Don V responded that he replaced the screen on well 2. Well 6 does not have a vent. He did get on the back side of the well and there's not a vent so the air is going to well casing through the electrical conduit. He did fill out a coliform sampling plan and it is filed in his compliance binder. He will send me a copy. Update September 9- I provided Don V with resources via email regarding recommending adding a vent to well 6 and sealing off he electrical conduit hole. |
