| Details: | Operator contacted me this morning regarding the repeat samples following the routine sample that was present for coliform. He found that the chlorine injection pump has malfunctioned and is being replaced today. I remind him that had a chlorine residual been taken prior to the routine sample taking this situation would have been identified. | ||
