| Details: | Called and talked to Lawana about the positive routine coliform sample and required Level 2 Investigation. Informed the system that they need to collect three repeat samples and source sample. Also, informed the system that we need to complete a Level 2 investigation. Followed up with email explaining the photos needed to complete the Level 2 Investigation. Also, provided a copy of the Level 2 form. Update 9/8/21: System did not provide a copy of the Level 2 form so contacted the water system Davis and Lawana Mohn) and made another request for the photos. The water system was upset about having to complete the Level 2, but said they would provide photos. Update 9/9/21: Water system completed the Level 2 Investigation. Water system also indicated that they collected a routine coliform sample after shock chlorinating the well and distribution system. |
