| Details: | Wylesha called to inform us that the lab had contacted her about a positive TC+ temporary routine sample that was submitted to the lab. In researching coliform schedule online, the water system was supposed to collect 3 temporary routine samples for the month of September due to EC+ and TC+ in both the source and distribution in August. Wylesha only submitted one sample, which turned out to be TC+. I informed Wylesha to submit 3 repeat samples and a trigger sample from the active source. While informing Wylesha, I found out that they had switched over wells and she thought that that could have been a contributing factor to the positive sample. She will submit the new repeat and trigger samples with the correct information and will reach out to Abbie Spielman about further action on the missed temporary samples that were due with the initial water testing. Such actions (submitting the other 2 temporary routine samples) will be dependent on the results of the repeat and trigger samples. | ||
