| Details: | 3 distribution repeats and 1 trigger source samples taken Friday came back EC+; discussed boil water notice post immediately and while working on potential issue(s), and Level 2 investigation. When realized didn't catch 5 confirmation source samples were needed, called back but operator had already shocked well (i.e. 11AM with HASA brand hydrochlor). Drinking fountains blocked off, but restroom sinks still running for handwashing; boil water notices posted (asked for copy of boil notice be emailed for forward to compliance). Operator plans to flush system tomorrow and sample "special" on Wednesday. | ||
