| Details: | All 3 repeats tc+ following routine positive 9/8. Triggered well sample absent. Emailed Bonnie level one investigation form and suggested they inspect the reservoir and consider a chlorination and flush if no obvious source of bacteria. Take follow up samples only after no more residual chlorine in distribution. Will continue to work with system. | ||
