| Details: | Visited system and discussed coliform testing requirements with Devin Premsingh. I informed Mr. Premsingh the system is required to submit coliform test results each month. I showed Mr. Premsingh the past due test results posted in SDWIS. I further informed Mr. Premsingh that failure to provided monthly coliform results will result in enforcement action. Devin Premsingh stated he will speak with the owner Steve Premsingh regarding the monthly test requirement for coliform. | ||
