Details:	This new purchasing system buys water from City of Redmond. Spoke with Mike Karas March 2020 regarding new system. System planned to be >4 homes July/August 2020. Did not hear from system until 9/21 and subdivision is complete with 61 homes. Spoke with David Shild 9/3/21 and discussed need to start routine sampling for coliform, begin initial sampling for L & C and DBPs. System will submit 141 form with 5 lead and copper sites and will work with system to choose initial TTHM and HAA5 sites. Will need dual sample set at entry point and longest residence time in August 2022. Results will dictate ongoing sample location(s). Will need annual sample 2023 and then every 3 yrs. Lead and copper needs two 6-mo rounds of 5 starting before end 2021 and then June 2022. If result low can go to every 3 yrs. Discussed certified operator, written operating plans and referred to Civil west circuit rider. Activated system 9/1/2021.
