| Details: | This system received an alert that their routine samples tested positive for total coliform. I have tried to contact the operator several times with no response. I decided to drive out to the system. I found out that the operator has passed and Linda is his wife. Also, found out that this system has not been active for some time and haven't been open to the public since 2016. Also found out that the lab is still contracted to take water samples for system and they use the PWS # 4191933. I suggested that she should call the lab and ask them not to use this number as it is not longer active. Also, encouraged her to shock the well, flush lines and resample water to make sure its health to consume. |
