| Details: | Carson called to inform us about the results of the repeat samples that were necessary for the positive trigger of TC+ from the Westrick tap in distribution. He was unaware that they needed to collect 3 temporary routine samples for September and inquired about the necessary steps to move forward. I explained that because only 1 temporary routine sample was submitted and so happened to be TC+, that a level 2 investigation would likely be triggered. Also, that they should expect a violation for the missing temporary routine samples for the month of September. Moving forward they would need to collect 3 temporary routine samples for the month of October. I directed him to the sampling schedule for his reference as well as the coliform response chart. *Update* Scheduled Level 2 investigation with Wylesha for October 14th. |
