| Details: | Owner/operator contacted me regarding the repeat samples that all tested present for coliform. We discuss superchlorination of the well and contact time. He confirmed that the well vent was screened. I mention to him that a Level I Coliform Investigation document will be sent to him mailing address. I recommend that he not submit this to me until the system has confirmed absence of coliform. We discuss special samples as a path forward. | ||
