| Details: | John Goodrich retired in early June of 2021. DWS staff consulted with City staff on July 15, 2021 about the DRC role and duties. The system is currently without a DRC. 8/27/21: City contact told DWS Staff DRC designated should be within 2 weeks. 9/9/21:DWS Staff reached out to City contact for update on DRC designation. 9/20/21:DWS Staff reached out to City contact for update on DRC designation. System responded on 9/28/21 stating they would report back later that week. 11/8/21 - 11/9/21: DWS Staff reached out to the City to inform them of Violation 903218938 for No DRC Designation and the associated Tier 3 public notice requirement = disclosing the violation in their next CCR. System replied DRC designation had recently been resolved. The DRC form was signed and emailed to DWS Staff on 11/8/21 who emailed it Operator Certification Staff on 11/9/21 and emailed Compliance Staff requesting the violation be RTC with a date of 11/8/2021. |
