| Details: | Gene called on Tuesday August 21st about four routine total coliform positive samples collected on Monday August 20th. He emailed a list of wells in use at the time of the positive samples: SRC-AA, SRC-AB, SRC-GA, SRC-GB, SRC-GC, SRC-BA, SRC-BC, SRC-HA, as well as SRC-KA (Well 10 Roats PWSID 00113 SRC-CA). Two or more positive coliform samples triggers an investigation. Additional samples including repeats and source water samples will be collected. On Aug. 22nd, Gene called about one repeat and source SRC-GA were coliform positive collected on Aug. 21st. On Aug. 23rd, Gene called about four repeat coliform positives collected on Aug 22nd. They suspect SRC-GA and China Hat 2 Reservoir as problem. Flushing will begin on Monday. Action: Conduct level 2 coliform investigation. | ||
