| Details: | Emailed Compliance the following wording: Good morning Compliance at the Drinking Water Program. OPRD Catherine Creek SP-Day Use (91074) received a violation for not providing a coliform sample in August 2021, but OPRD Catherine Creek SP-CG (95340) received credit for two coliform samples during the same month. I received copies of the TCR sample results for August 2021 and it appears OPRD Catherine Creek SP-Day Use (91074) was sampled, but there was an error in inputting the PWS ID. Please refer to page 3 of the attached document and note the PWS name references OPRD Catherine Creek SP-Day Use (91074) while erroneously given PWS ID 95340 It is my request to move Sample ID T1H1002-3 from OPRD Catherine Creek SP-CG (95340) to OPRD Catherine Creek SP-Day Use (91074) Thank you.
