| Details: | I contacted Mr. Sewing and outlined a repeat process once again related to the coliform positive from 9/20/21. The plan is to condense sampling to sites 5 (initial positive coliform), site 4 and site 6 (or closest to), and a triggered. He stated recent pipe repairs at site 4 may be a cause of the contamination. We are beginning to develop a plan to reach out to DWS plan review and install residual disinfection at this system, as well as replace piping in the area of sites 1 through 6 which are speculated to be non-NSF black pipe. |
