Details:	Quarterly nitrate from EP-A (wells 2/2a) 5.8mg/L. This EP has had elevated nitrates for years and one over 10. Has taken several quarterly samples and seems to be reliably and consistently under the MCL. Will change schedule back to annually until ever above MCL and then will re-assess. System is up for survey and well discuss possible sources and mitigations.
