| Details: | Contacted Leo Jones regarding the Alert generated for positive TCR test. I instructed him to be sure to submit and report 3 repeat samples and one triggered source sample. He stated he was contacting Alexin Labs to get the samples taken and submitted. He also stated that there may have been a sampling error because the chlorine residual in the system yesterday was at 0.35 ppm. Awaiting results of repeat samples. | ||
