| Details: | The water system collected a coliform sample (repeat) on 08/18/21 that was positive for total coliform. This was a repeat sample from the 8/11/21 routine sample. System is evaluating potential sources of the contamination. A level 2 investigation was triggered and completed by Bill Goss. Sample taps at the park and the storage reservoir are the likely sources of the contamination. Gary and I spoke about their Sept 15,21 coliform sample that was total coliform positive. The system is shutting down for the season in a week. The county will be evaluating the storage tank and also possible tie-in with the City of Richland as a water source. |
