| Details: | Followed up with Anne after a level 2 investigation took place late July after there were confirmed e-coli positive samples. We communicated at that time several corrections that could address potential coliform issues. Anne detailed and provided photos regarding: The pipe at the cistern was repairs and cistern was cleaned in September We spoke about the sample taps, locations and methodology. I contacted the state to RTC the e-coli violation, let them know of the corrections, and close an open compliance schedule from the outdated 2015 survey |
