Details:	The system has corrected the two deficiencies noted at the time of the April 2021 survey. The two items were backflow not tested and sampling not current. Backflow testing records were received and the last item, lead and copper, samples were collected on 8/25/21 and have been entered into the database. System was sent the consumer notice to post and certification form.
